For those arriving by car, parking is available at CentralWorld and the Centara Grand Hotel, with capacity for up to 3,000 vehicles.

If you require additional documentation to enter Thailand, we strongly recommend beginning your travel planning and visa application process as early as possible. 

Visa approvals can take time and are often subject to detailed review. Please consult the official Thai visa website or contact your local embassy to confirm which documents may be required for your travel. 

TM Forum can provide registered delegates with an official invitation letter to support their application. This can be requested directly from your registration confirmation screen or via a link in your confirmation email. Please note that TM Forum cannot contact embassies or consulates on your behalf; each delegate is responsible for securing their own visa. Should your visa application be denied, simply provide proof, and we will issue a full refund of your registration fee.

The Thai baht is the official currency of Thailand. The currency code is THB, and you'll see prices written with the symbol ฿. 

Cards are accepted at most hotels, larger restaurants, and tourist-area businesses, but smaller shops and cafes often prefer cash. Google Pay and Apple Pay are also widely supported.

The Bangkok Convention Centre at Centara Grand is a barrier-free venue with accessible parking, lifts throughout, and accessible rooms available on request. For specific accessibility requirements, please contact the venue team directly, and they will be happy to help.
