Huawei’s TopEng series provides solutions and products in all fields across OSS and BSS, including integrated customer service (Call Centre), customer relationship management (CRM), Billing, Customer Care, Settlement and Integrated Network Management. Huawei is also dedicated to product integration and outsourcing services, to offer operators integrated solutions in the fields of OSS and BSS. Starting 1997, Huawei has set its foot in the field of OSS/BSS. At present, Huawei has more than 1000 staff members, who engage in the research and development in this field as well as a number of research institutes worldwide, which specialize in the research and development of technical platforms. Thanks to its many years’ experience in software research and development, Huawei has laid a sound foundation in the field of OSS/BSS. Besides, Huawei gives support to a full range of technical services, to ensure long and steady customization, custom development and outsource services for the system. Huawei’s OSS/BSS products have been widely used throughout China. Systems like CRM, Settlement and Integrated Network Management are also applied widely to leading operators such as China Mobile and China Telecom. Call Center has even seized the lion’s share of the Chinese market. Meanwhile, Huawei is committed to exploring the global market. To date, Huawei’s systems such as Billing, Settlement and Customer Care have also been used in Hong Kong, Thailand, Mideast and Bangladesh.
