This document presents Charging & Billing use cases with the background of SDN/NFV to identify the C&B requirements, which either can be supported by existing C&B applications or require additional capabilities to meet the challenges and opportunity created. While doing so, it uses the use cases/business scenarios identified in the GB989 document but further elaborates it using B2B2X template to bring it to the standard which is widely acceptable within/outside the TM Forum community.
