A MetricDefMeasure specifies a measure of a specific aspect of an entity, such as lost packets or dealer sales target achievement, defined for a MetricDefinition that may trigger consequence (s) (MetricDefMeasureConsequence) if a threshold (MetricDefMeasureThreshold) is crossed.
