Sales and marketing partners (otherwise known as channel partners) with which the Service Provider establishes partnership relations with the goal of increasing sales and achieving the target market.
The Channel Partner that sells the service provider offers under its brand or not. Depending on the contract, the reseller can partially (for example sale, invoicing) or fully (all operations including support, own eCare…) manage the relationship with its customers.
