Provide Business Partner Bill Inquiry Management Report produces management reports and any specialized summaries of the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall Business Partner Bill Inquiry Handling processes.
It records, analyzes, and assesses the Business Partner bill inquiry status changes to provide reports and any specialized summaries of the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall Business Partner Bill Inquiry Handling processes. These specialized summaries could be specific reports required by specific audiences, such as partners. These processes also report any identified constraints that can affect Business Partner billing quality standards to other processes. These constraints may include specific resource (billing application and/or database, for example) failures, and so forth. Note that lists of recipients related to a process such as this can be maintained by a generalized process such as Process Management & Support that is part of Enterprise Effectiveness Management in the Enterprise domain.
