Customer Risk Management Aggregate Function is based on information collected from all internal processes and that consistent risk assessment is used across the Enterprise Detection to manage with customer axes, fraud risk, influence risk, and churn risk.
It includes also detection of the outstanding payment risks, for a new customer or during a new order for example, with:
• Definition of the class "bad debtors”, from analysis of the profiles of bad debtor behaviors.
• Score calculation from collected information related to the customer
