The Customer Behavior Analysis Aggregate Function concerns the follow-up & Analysis of the customers behavior.<br/>It includes:<br/>• Analysis of the contacts by email, SMS, phone, mail and Web (Web use, chat), social network use (facebook, twitter, and so on…),<br/>• Analysis of the customers contacts in order to determine the channel effectiveness,<br/>• Analysis of the content effectiveness from measures concerning the consultations, web page navigation, web click-stream on our portals and mobile applications, purchase, acts registered…<br/>• Analysis of the customers behavior with predictive analysis such as scoring, segmentations, profiling to analyze the users behavior in order to improve targeting and segmentation or to identify next best actions to promote our products, e-reputation or brand.<br/>
