CSPs adopting ODA face significant friction integrating it into their Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools. Today’s process relies on static PDFs and spreadsheets, leading to manual work, inconsistent models, onboarding delays, and high overhead especially for new architects. Even after adoption, dissemination remains fragmented. EA assets are spread across tools and formats, while varied stakeholders speak different “languages,” limiting collaboration and reuse. This slows down transformation and delays time-to-market for new services. Worse still, most models are not inference-ready, preventing automation, impact analysis, and predictive insights. Transformation remains manual, reactive, and hard to scale, leaving CSPs at a disadvantage against more agile competitors. This Catalyst addresses these pain points by automating the import of ODA assets into EA tools, enabling a digital twin of the architecture. It aligns business and IT, accelerates design decisions, and simplifies collaboration across teams.
