Angela Lim is the Chief Growth Officer at OXIO, where she leads the company’s global growth strategy and revenue expansion initiatives across wholesale, MVNO, and enterprise verticals. Her focus lies in scaling OXIO’s Telecom-as-a-Service platform and unlocking new monetization models that enable embedded connectivity across industries.

With 25 years of experience in telecom—including 18 years at AT&T and early engineering roles at Ericsson Asia-Pacific—Angela brings a rare combination of technical depth, strategic innovation, and customer-first execution. She has held senior leadership roles spanning product, finance operations, and wholesale, consistently transforming complex infrastructure into growth engines.

Most recently, she orchestrated multi-million-dollar strategic partnerships at AT&T, including a fibre and wireless sales alliance projected to generate $500M in incremental revenue. At OXIO, she drives complex enterprise engagements and strategic deals, helping clients reimagine how connectivity powers their platforms, products, and business models.
