Vidhya Seran

Associate Director of AI
Verizon

Vidhya Seran, Associate Director of AI at Verizon, leads AI initiatives including multimodal RAG platform development. With a PhD in EE and 15+ years experience, she evolved from early ML work for sports, media, Hollywood and satellite providers to pioneering volumetric video at Verizon with 150+ GPU systems.

Currently focused on AI for telecom challenges, she's presented to Verizon's Board and holds 30+ patents. Former Chair of the Volumetric Format Association and speaker at Supercomputing/CES, she brings unique expertise in scaling AI systems from software algorithms to hardware infrastructure. She also mentors women in STEM.
