Anil Pradeep Kumara has amassed over 16 years of extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, specializing in operations, technology and business management. Currently he is the General Manager of Research and Development Division attached to The Embryo Innovation Center of Sri Lanka Telecom PLC. He has held prominent positions such as DGM/ Network Strategy, DGM/Technology Advisory at Sri Lanka Telecom PLC. His career also includes roles as an IP Transport Network Planning Engineer, IP Core Network Planning Engineer, and IP/MPLS Network Development Engineer, showcasing his deep expertise in network
architecture, planning, and performance optimization.

His qualifications are further bolstered by a range of professional certifications, including in Azure AI, Blazor, Google Gemini, AWS, and various aspects of AI and cloud computing. He has demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning and professional development, earning numerous accolades such as the Exemplary Employee award and recognition for his contributions to transformer projects at Sri Lanka Telecom.
