It delivers practical outcomes like AI copilots for assurance and orchestration, while embedding transparency, trust, and interoperability with ODA. With recent prototypes proving measurable efficiency gains, TM Forum AI Virtual Assistant (TM Forum AIVA) is positioning itself as the telecom industry’s trusted path to responsible AI adoption - comparable to global AI labs, but laser-focused on connectivity.
Progress to date
This team developed the TM Forum AIVA: a GenAI/LLM conversational search-solution capability simplifying and improving how members and visitors find relevant material digitally, with the creation of an architecture blueprint that outlines how GenAI technology can be seamlessly integrated into the Telco landscape (addressing challenges related to security, privacy, accuracy, performance, and scalability).
