SunVizion Service Order Management
SunVizion Service Order Management revolutionizes the service activation process for both enterprise and individual clients by providing complete automation. With just one click, users can effortlessly create service orders, drastically reducing service delivery time to a matter of minutes. This significant time reduction not only enhances customer satisfaction but also enhances the service provider's competitiveness. The service order generation can be seamlessly integrated with external CRM systems through the API. Alternatively, it can be initiated by the customer service office or even self-registered by the client through a dedicated portal. Once an order is placed, whether it involves Ethernet Leased Lines or metro WDM links, SunVizion automatically initiates the service design process. During the service design process, SunVizion performs various tasks. It checks the availability of network resources required to provide the service by utilizing the Resource Inventory. It creates instances of customer-facing services and resource-facing services using the Service Inventory & Service Catalog. Additionally, it identifies the necessary physical (network infrastructure) and logical (network connectivity) resources for service provision. The Workflow module orchestrates all the tasks related to service activation, ensuring a streamlined process. For the activation of services, individual work orders can be dispatched to field teams through the Workforce module or automatically forwarded to external provisioning systems. This level of automation significantly reduces human error, minimizes operation and maintenance costs, and remarkably shortens the service delivery time from days or weeks to mere minutes. By automating the service activation process, SunVizion Service Order Management delivers unparalleled efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction while substantially reducing operational costs.
