Management Board

Nik Willetts
As CEO of TM Forum, Nik is passionate about driving change and the positive impact connectivity can have on business, people, and our planet. Leading the Forum’s value delivery for our members and industry, Nik works closely with the world’s leading executives, experts, and leadership teams across our 800+ member companies to help transform their businesses, accelerate the pace of industry change and enable growth. An industry Power 100 and 40 under 40 alumni, Nik is a frequent writer, speaker and moderator at industry conferences and events.
Appointed CEO in 2017, Nik has led the transformation and growth of the Forum in its ambition to be the industry collaboration platform. Nik previously served as the Deputy CEO and other executive roles, leading the Forum’s first moves in the digital era. Prior to joining TM Forum, Nik ran a successful IT consulting business working with multi-national companies spanning financial services, education, and connectivity sectors.

Olga Martynov
Olga Martynov has more than twenty years of international experience in accounting and finance across different industries. Her diverse background includes supervising audits at KPMG where she supported Fortune 500 clients and global multibillion dollar private companies.
Prior to joining TM Forum, Olga led accounting and financial reporting of the fast-growing post-IPO biotech company ContraFect. She has also worked in the EMEA HQ controllership at General Electric, where she was in charge of sixteen counties in the region. Additionally, Olga has expanded her experience by consulting in business and financial strategy, helping clients through M&A activities and structuring collaborations and strategic acquisitions.
Olga is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in Accounting and Finance, summa cum laude from Yeshiva University. Olga has also served as a Treasurer on the board of a non-profit organization.

Helen Coleman
Helen has over twenty-five years’ board level experience spanning strategy, transformation, communications, and marketing in a range of public and third-sector organisations, including the London Fire Brigade, Brunel University London, Department for Work and Pensions, London Business School and Notting Hill Housing Group. She has extensive experience of building brands, developing partnerships, and achieving growth as well as devising and implementing strategy and cultural, structural and process change. As a non-exec, Helen serves on the board of London South Bank University. She is a qualified coach, project, programme and change manager.

W. George Glass
George is an experienced industry thought leader, telecoms professional and business manager with over 38 years expertise in the IT sector in all aspects of software engineering. Having joined the TM Forum in 2018 as VP of Architecture and APIs, George became CTO in 2020.
Through industry collaboration with our members, George is leading the creation of industry standard architectural and business transformation patterns for systems and networks. The TM Forum’s ODA based Open APIs, Components, Canvas and implementation guides are used to create rules and data driven, AI enabled operational models, self-healing autonomous network services and design patterns that enable digital service providers to simplify the transformation of their IT and network estate, helping to drive the digital revolution that is happening across all industries today.
Prior to joining the TM Forum George was the Chief Systems Architect for BT. George led architectural transformations within BT for over 15 years. Whilst at BT George was an active contributor to the TM Forum, having received an outstanding contributor award in 2016 and was appointed a TM Forum Distinguished Fellow in 2018.

Andy Tiller
Andy Tiller has over 25 years’ experience in product marketing and product management for telecom suppliers and technology companies. He joined TM Forum in 2017 from Chinese BSS/OSS supplier AsiaInfo, where he built an international product strategy, established a global marketing function and set up the company’s operations in Europe. Previously, Andy held senior positions at ip.access (where he was also a founding board member and director of the Small Cell Forum), ShoZu, and Geneva Technology (acquired by Convergys in 2001).

Guy Lupo
As Executive Vice President – AI & Data Innovation, Guy is responsible for helping our Members accelerate the responsible adoption of AI and data technologies at scale.
Guy and his team are leading the development of Open Digital Architecture (ODA) solutions to support AI-and-data- native communications service providers. Their work focuses on three strategic tracks: advancing AI leadership through real-world innovation and a global community of experts; accelerating AI adoption with a practical playbook for faster, scalable deployment; and establishing a harmonized technology blueprint to enable future-ready, AI-first infrastructure.
With more than 30 years of experience in senior roles across global telecoms and enterprise technology, Guy brings a powerful blend of technical depth and strategic leadership. A TM Forum Distinguished Fellow, he was recognized for his groundbreaking work on Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) standards during his time at Telstra. His expertise spans AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, cloud, networks, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), backed by hands-on experience across the full technology lifecycle.
He is currently pursuing a PhD at Swinburne University, focused on creating a metric for the trustworthiness of AI systems, a reflection of his commitment to building AI systems that are both effective and ethical.

Gregory Geodjenian
Gregory Geodjenian is Vice President of Membership at TM Forum, where he brings over 20 years of experience in leading high-performing commercial teams and driving strategic growth initiatives. Since joining TM Forum in 2020, Gregory has been instrumental in expanding the organisation’s global Membership, leveraging his deep understanding of the telecom and digital ecosystems. His visionary leadership has cultivated an environment of trust, collaboration, and innovation, significantly enhancing the Forum’s influence and impact across the industry.
Before joining TM Forum, Gregory spent nine years in the extended leadership team at the GSMA. During his tenure, he was integral to the expansion of GSMA’s Membership and played a key role in fostering industry collaboration and engagement. His commercial acumen and strategic insight were crucial in driving growth and enhancing its value proposition to Members across the globe.
Gregory’s career is marked by his ability to build strong, meaningful relationships, lead high-performing, cross-functional teams, and deliver long-term value for stakeholders. His commitment to TM Forum’s mission and his forward-thinking approach continue to drive the organisation’s success, ensuring its relevance and leadership within the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Aaron Boasman-Patel
As Vice President of Innovation at TM Forum, Aaron Boasman-Patel plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s innovation strategy as a member of the leadership team. He oversees TM Forum’s Innovation Engine, which includes the Catalyst Program, delivering over 65 cutting-edge proof-of-concept demonstrations annually. Aaron also leads the Innovation Hub, bringing enterprise solutions to market from initial concepts through to production. In addition, Aaron heads TM Forum’s hackathons and tech start-up programs, fostering end-to-end innovation that spans from creative ideas to enterprise-grade implementations. As an experienced speaker and thought leader, he regularly chairs and facilitates workshops at international industry conferences and internal events. With over 17 years of experience in telecoms and related industries, Aaron combines deep industry knowledge with strategic leadership. He holds an M.A. (Oxon) from the University of Oxford and is based in London, UK.

Laura Perrott
As Vice President of Marketing at TM Forum, Laura leads the global marketing team with overall responsibility for brand strategy, product, membership and digital marketing as well as corporate and employee communications. A key member of the leadership team, she has a strategic role in shaping TM Forum’s voice and presence across the global telco and technology ecosystem and delivering value for our Members.
With nearly two decades of experience in the telecoms industry, Laura brings a global perspective and proven track record in marketing transformation. Prior to joining TM Forum, she held senior marketing roles at Colt Technology Services and worked at Telecom New Zealand (now Spark New Zealand), with a focus on driving growth, enabling customer success, and enhancing business performance.
Passionate about gender equality in the workplace, Laura was previously a member of the Women@Colt leadership team. She has since co-founded and serves as Co-Chair of Women@Tech, a volunteer-led organization in the UK dedicated to connecting, developing, and advocating for women in technology, with the support of leading technology companies from across the industry.

Jo Tesznar
Specializing in workforce planning, people analytics, reward and people operations, Jo’s career is defined by his ability to leverage technology and data-driven strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Jo has led a successful post-merger integration and consolidation of employee lifecycle and payroll processes. This resulted in significant operational efficiencies through the implementation of a modern HR technology stack, the consolidation of two payroll systems, and automation of key processes and system integrations.

Elaine Anderson-Wright
With a love for event management and a strong focus on quality, Elaine has built a successful career as a leader in the commercial conference world. Over her career, she has had the privilege to work with incredible people, delivering exciting and high-profile events. To do this successfully, she believes in working closely with colleagues and takes pride in building strong, supportive teams. Helping people and teams grow is a key part of her work, and she is known for setting high standards and delivering great results.

Ian Holloway
Ian passionately believes you must strike the correct balance between people, technology, data, and process to deliver great products and services. He’s worked across Europe, for several CSP and Telecoms Vendors: Ericsson, O2, EE, TalkTalk & Orange. He started life as an accountant, but quickly moved into IT, moving from BA to project manager then into Architecture where he has focused for the last 20+ years. He’s set up architecture practices as well as working as an independent consultant, all the time using a continuous improvement mindset to drive positive disruption and transformation.

Dean Ramsay
Dean has 25 years’ experience in the telecoms software industry, firstly with global operators such as Verizon and now as a trusted analyst. For the last 15 years he has worked with the world’s leading software vendors as an analyst and consultant, creating thought leadership content and advising on OSS and RAN topics. He now leads TM Forum’s Research and Media department.

Richard May
Richard is a strategic technology leader with more than two decades of experience delivering complex, business-critical IT and digital transformation programs. As VP, Technology, Data and Digital Experience at TM Forum, He is responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s digital strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business goals to enhance member value.
Having worked in a number of sectors as a digital consultant where he has played a pivotal role in transforming organizations.

Lindsay Kassof
Lindsay is an experienced attorney with nearly twenty years of experience across the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She has served as in-house counsel for both a publicly traded company and a startup and has advised global and national nonprofits on regulatory and compliance matters. Known for her sharp problem-solving skills and strategic insight, Lindsay brings a practical, client-focused approach to every challenge.

James Cadman
As Head of Business Operations at TM Forum, James leads the Project Management Office, overseeing the delivery of strategic programs and initiatives across TM Forum’s three industry missions. He is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality and best practices in delivery, while also overseeing TM Forum’s Collaboration events, including Accelerate.
With a strong foundation in Telecommunications, James has led complex projects and programs across network infrastructure, security, voice, and hybrid cloud solutions for leading multinational organizations. He brings deep expertise in managing large-scale transitions and transformations, forging strategic partnerships to unlock long-term value and impact. James is passionate about continuous improvement and champions a collaborative and inclusive environment across our member projects to drive high quality, high impact outcomes for the industry.

Shuvo Saha
As Vice President of Education at TM Forum, Shuvo leads our work to uplift the capabilities of our members. He oversees certification programmes which equip individuals and companies with knowledge and skills in all aspects of ODA standards and tools. He works to ensure that members can apply what they learn to digital transformation challenges across IT and Networks in a cloud-native and AI-first world.
Prior to TM Forum, Shuvo conceived and built the ‘Google Digital Academy’ – which supported the digital transformation of Google’s top customers for 10 years across EMEA. He also brings a long commercial background as a Google Country Sales Director, in strategy consulting, P&G brand management, and a sustainability start-up.
Throughout his career, Shuvo has been on a mission to transform industries through the connection of people, skills, technology and data – enabling executives to change the way they work and leading people-centric transformation of their organisations.

Robert Mangione
Robert Mangione is a New York State licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a demonstrated history of success in financial management and accounting roles. With experience spanning diverse industries, including digital media and consumer goods, Robert has consistently delivered accurate financial reporting, driven process improvements, and provided valuable support to senior leadership.
As Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis for TM Forum, Robert leads financial planning processes, drives operational efficiency, and influences commercial decision-making. He focuses on strategic leadership and executive collaboration, shaping financial strategies, and driving business outcomes.
