Chair's Committee

The Chair’s committee comprises the Board Chair, the Vice-Chairs, the President/CEO, and the Chairs of all the standing committees. The committee operates as a coordination point between the Board standing committees and staff to ensure the strategic priorities of TM Forum are aligned and achieved. They also operate as a decision-making body between meetings on urgent matters and provide advice and guidance to the Chief Executive and Management Board.
