Finance Committee

This Finance Committee is responsible for developing, in conjunction with the CEO, an Annual Operating Plan and budget for approval by the Board. It also proposes broad financial policy objectives to the CEO and the Chief Financial Officer, to carry out the administration of the contractual and financial activities of the Forum. It ensures appropriate processes exist to proactively monitor and oversee the management of all aspects of risk as well as oversee the revenue generation and business development processes.
