This Catalyst promotes the efficiency and innovative progress of telcos' software development, which realizes the standardization and intelligentization throughout the whole software development life cycle. Creating applications relating to digital humans, document generalization, and knowledge graphs that facilitate multimodal interaction and enhance the digital transformation of telcos. It will focus on the research and development of large language models in the telecommunications' vertical domain, and apply them to the deep exploration of professional knowledge and business scenarios in the telecommunications industry. The large language models will empower the enterprise development process with intelligence, enhance software development productivity, and thereby improve demand responsiveness and delivery efficiency. We introduce AI assistants in the product marketing and service support system to create a new paradigm for transaction handling, integrate ODA to provide standardized interfaces for enterprises, product achieve the capabilities of multimodal intelligent interactions and multi-round intelligent question-answering, deliver a more personalized service experience, offer intelligent decision support for product operations in the telecommunications industry, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality.
