Agentic network resilience and lead to quote using AI-driven digital twin

URN C26.0.916
Topics AI (Artificial Intelligence), Autonomous networks, Digital twin

Utilizing active, complete and accurate network data, this Catalyst introduces a living Cognitive Network Twin powered by Agentic AI to drive autonomous network and business operations, guaranteeing business continuity during natural disasters and transforming the lead-to-quote experience for complex enterprise services.

This Catalyst addresses one of the most persistent barriers to autonomous network operations: fragmented, inaccurate, and siloed inventory systems. CSPs continue to rely on manual reconciliation, disconnected data sources, and limited real-time visibility across increasingly complex hybrid networks. These challenges not only cause slow fault resolution, increase operational cost, weaken service assurance, and erode customer trust, they also significantly constrain progress towards L4/L5 Autonomous Network Operations. The Catalyst introduces a Cognitive Digital Twin, unifying end-to-end inventory management, service assurance, AI-driven reconciliation, and “what-if” simulation in a single operator-ready framework. Built on TM Forum Open APIs, ODA components, and advanced AI agents, the solution continuously reconciles inventory data across systems, detects inconsistencies, predicts potential failures, and delivers real-time operational intelligence with trusted accuracy. The true impact of the innovation of this catalyst is demonstrated through three distinct yet interrelated use cases: AI-based Inventory Reconciliation, utonomous Network Resilience during Natural Disasters, and AI-Driven Service Feasibility Analysis during Lead to Quote. By enabling the digital twin through reliable, real-time, and autonomous inventory management, the Catalyst helps operators improve SLA compliance, reduce OpEx, accelerate incident response, and strengthen business resilience. Its digital twin simulation capabilities allow CSPs to model network behavior during natural disasters and B2B service feasability analysis. The same trusted inventory foundation can also support new monetization opportunities, including Network-as-a-Service, enterprise SLA assurance, and dynamic service orchestration. What makes this Catalyst innovative is its integration of predictive AI, cognitive automation, standards-based interoperability, and simulation-driven operations. Rather than treating Digital Twin as a static visualisation tool, the solution turns it into a living intelligence layer complemented with AI Agents that continuously learns, validates, and informs operational decisions. With measurable improvements in reconciliation speed, data accuracy, predictive insight, SLA performance, and customer experience, this Catalyst provides CSPs with the trusted Digital Twin, Inventory intelligence based on AI-driven reconciliation and service assurance, which are all essential components needed to build resilient, optimized, and future-ready autonomous networks.
