Action Days: Building an Ecosystem Business Architecture (EBA) - APAC

Continuing our series of Ecosystem Business Architecture Action Days, this gathering of senior-level experts working in IoT and digital ecosystem-based lines of business will begin with an introduction to the project, the reasoning behind it and the vision, and we will also provide an overview of work to date. We welcome insights and suggestions.

Following on, we will work as a group to establish and prioritize the challenges to succeeding in a digital ecosystem business environment and determining what is needed to overcome these.

Using the current working model, groups will engage in an exercise to apply given business cases to the model and identify gaps. Through testing and sharing of these cases we will also aim to identify commonalities as well as areas which would require more attention in the EBA.

We will evaluate the needs of different stakeholders in different scenarios with regards to an EBA in order to determine what tools would be the most practical and valuable to create.
