This will include innovative business models adapted to the target market; ecosystem mapping and managing; driving innovation and working with disruptors, not against them; the Ecosystem Roadmap of Challenges; ecosystem business KPIs at organisation and at ecosystem level and building the industry’s first Ecosystem Business Architecture.

  • 14.30-14.50:Consolidation of outcomes into an Ecosystem Roadmap of Challenges
