Digital Leadership Summit - Mumbai

Wednesday, May 6, 2015 9:00am to 5:00pm

Back in its second year at Mumbai, this Digital Leadership Summit looks at digital transformation for service providers, operational efficiency and technical enablers such as Cloud and NFV. TM Forum’s Digital Leadership Summits are an exclusive program for technology and business leaders, focusing on the challenges of digital business transformation.

Combining unique research, inspiring thought leadership and frank debate between executives, the program aims to:

  • promote knowledge sharing on the challenges ahead
  • identify areas for greater collaboration between companies for mutual success
  • explore key challenges of digital transformation, the current and future impacts of Cloud and Virtualization
  • identify the technical enablers that are driving the industry forward

To remain successful, every established business and industry is being forced to rapidly learn to adapt to these impacts, undertaking a fundamental digital business transformation. Successful digital transformation cuts to the heart of an established organization, changing culture and disrupting innovation and R&D, approaches to IT and operations, the lifecycle of products and services, supply chains, and – in many cases – core business models.

Who Should Attend:  CxOs, VPs and Heads of Networks, Heads of Strategy at Communication Service Provider companies

 The Summit: How it works

  • In advance of the Summit, each participant will be asked to complete a brief survey to capture their view on the key topics of discussion.
  • The workshop sessions are then shaped through consultation with speakers and also based on the results of the pre-event survey.
  • The Summit will be held in a meeting room with tables set cabaret style.
  • Each table will include a table host who will be responsible for facilitating discussion and leading group exercises.

All information shared during the session will take place under the Chatham House Rule, meaning, anything disclosed in the room is non-attributable.
