Crowne Plaza Barcelona – Fira Center, Barcelona, Spain

The Digital Operations Transformation Summit will bring together global industry leaders, thought leaders and innovators to explore the latest trends and share their visions and strategies for digital transformation of the ICT industry while inspiring an agile operations model and building a successful business enabling ecosystem.

The rapid development of the digital world has significantly changed user behavior, creating a new pattern of traffic consumption featuring five characteristics: Real-time, On-demand, All-online, DIY, and Social (aka ROADS).

To deliver the ROADS user experience, operators and enterprises not only need to construct future-oriented infrastructure that ensures efficient operations and agile innovation, but should also focus on the creation of an open industry ecosystem where all players along the digital value chain collaborate and contribute.

The Digital Operations Transformation Summit on February 21, 2016 in the Crowne Plaza Barcelona – Fira Center brings together more than 50 senior executives from telecommunication operators, enterprises, international bodies and research firms to inform and inspire on opportunities within the evolving digital landscape. The Summit is jointly organized and hosted by Huawei, a leading ICT provider; TM Forum, the global industry association for digital business; and Light Reading, a multichannel news and information provider.

This Summit includes presentations on the digital user experience, best practices and strategies in building a digital operations system and the enabling ecosystem. Additionally the roundtable discussion will share the challenges, roadmaps and approaches required to achieve digital operations transformation and ensure competitiveness in the digital age with each other of all delegates.

The Digital Operations Transformation Summit is an invite-only event for senior executives from communication service providers. Interested persons should contact Hugh Hall [email protected].
