Vijay Vasu is an accomplished leader with more than 19 years of experience in cyber security and network product management, global program management, currently serving as Associate Director of Product Engineering at Verizon. He leads the consumer product engineering team responsible for Verizon Consumer Group's device protection, fintech and fraud prevention portfolio and previously led product management for Verizon Business Group's managed security product. With extensive experience across the USA, UK, Europe, and SE Asia, Vijay brings expertise in technology partnerships, product development and business development. He holds degrees from Anna University (India) and Stevens Institute of Technology (USA), along with a US patent in cybersecurity and several other certifications. A dedicated community member, he also serves as a Den Leader with the Boy Scouts of America and is an avid traveler.
