Kiran Karunakaran is a partner based in Bain & Company’s Singapore office. He focuses on Telecommunications and Digital.

Throughout his tenure at Bain, Kiran has advised clients across sphere on strategy, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, customer strategy & marketing and digital transformations.

His sector expertise spans working with digital natives, broadband access and network service providers, as well as integrated, cross-platform and wireless network operators.

Prior to initially joining Bain in 2013, Kiran used to head the Asia operations for another top consulting firm.

He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business and from HEC Paris.
