Tech Mahindra’s Amol Phadke rejoins TM Forum Board of Trustees

TM Forum, the leading global alliance of telco and tech companies, today welcomed Amol Phadke, Chief Transformation Officer at Tech Mahindra (NSE: TECHM), a leading global provider of technology consulting and digital solutions to enterprises across industries, back to its Board of Trustees. The appointment will further strengthen leadership at a pivotal moment for the industry’s AI-native and autonomous transformation.

Amol previously served on the TM Forum Board during his tenure at Telenor Group, where he was Executive Vice President and Group Chief Technology Officer, and, prior to that, as Managing Director responsible for Global Communications Service Providers Industry at Google Cloud. His return brings deep continuity and experience to the Board, alongside his ongoing contribution as a member of TM Forum’s Autonomous Networks Mission Board.

With more than 25 years of global leadership across telecommunications, cloud and AI, Amol has consistently operated at the intersection of strategy, innovation and large-scale execution. In his current role at Tech Mahindra, he supports the CEO on strategic transformation initiatives and the expansion of the communications industry business globally. Tech Mahindra is an active contributor to TM Forum across Open APIs, ODA and Catalyst projects.

At TM Forum, Amol will help guide the Board’s focus on accelerating industry-wide transformation from AI-native operations to autonomous networks, ensuring Members can move faster from vision to execution, with measurable business impact.
