London, July 7th, 2025:  TM Forum, the leading global alliance of telco and tech companies, today announced that Vikram Sinha, President Director & Chief Executive Officer of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) has been appointed to its Board of Trustees. Vikram’s appointment underlines the Forum’s commitment to strengthening its global leadership as it accelerates industry transformation and growth through its three industry Missions: Composable IT & Ecosystems, Autonomous Networks and AI & Data Innovation.

Vikram is a global telecommunications executive with over 20 years of experience across Asia and Africa. Before he was appointed President Director and CEO of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison in 2022, he held key leadership roles within the Ooredoo Group, including CEO of Ooredoo Myanmar and Ooredoo Maldives, as well as senior positions at Bharti Airtel in India, Congo, and Seychelles. He also serves on the Boards of Ooredoo Maldives, PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta, and Indosat Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Known for turning around business performance, nurturing local talent, and leading organizations through complex transitions, Vikram’s leadership at IOH is driving the company’s transformation into a digital-first, AI Native telco with a bold ambition to empower Indonesia through inclusive technology.
