In today’s hyper-competitive market, industry convergence and new business models are fueling the need for proven standards that help to reduce the costs and risks of running a digital business.

As a global, non-profit industry association focused on helping its members transform into successful digital businesses, TM Forum is committed to working closely with other associations and standards development organizations (SDOs) to avoid duplication and ensure our standards work in harmony with others.

The Open Digital Architecture (ODA) has been developed through member collaboration, and proven through hundreds of deployments. Because ODA is used in so many different environments, combination with other standards such as ITIL and TOGAF is common. Wherever possible, the Forum’s standards are complementary to others, and we work closely with a large number of organizations to achieve this.
