Enabling a multi-vendor, multi-agent ecosystem for autonomous networks

Building on the success of the phase 1 Incident Co-Pilot, this proposal focuses on evolving the solution to a Level 4 Autonomous Network for incident management using a multi-agent system approach. This addresses the industry need for more sophisticated and automated incident resolution processes, enabling faster MTTR, improved customer satisfaction, and reduced operational costs. The innovative aspect of the proposal lies in the implementation of specialized, cooperating agents that leverage advanced GenAI capabilities for efficient diagnosis, healing, optimization, and learning from incidents. This project will contribute to and extend existing TM Forum best practices and standards for incident management and autonomous networks.
