Product Description:

Nokia Siemens Networks Serve atOnce Intelligence (SAI) product is an Umbrella Business Intelligence Solution enabling customer experience management for communication service providers. This is an end-to-end solution targeted to address various user groups of communication service providers like Marketing/Sales, Product Management, Customer Care, Operations and Engineering and provides solutions and enables them to close the customer perceived experience gap. Serve atOnce Intelligence ensures to get the right data to the right audience in the right format and time, thus enabling different departments to efficiently and accurately analyze, profile and segment customers and thus gain the insights required for customer centric actions across multiple touch points: customer care, billing, etc. These customer deep-dives allow a detailed understanding of users’ perception, behavior and usage patterns and financial value.

TM Forum has reviewed and approved the self-certification of the Business Services API of the product listed here against Information Framework SID version 8.0 Domains/Aggregate Business Entities. Each ABE was measured using an Information Framework (SID) conformance scale of 1-7, 1 being lowest, 3 being the acceptable minimum.

ProductPrice ABE and ProductUsage ABE are not supported in the online business processes. Product Usage information (billing data) is transferred via FTP process to ERP system by integration layer. ProductPrice information is mastered by Offer Manager of the Charging system.
