Action Day: Paris - September 2015
While TM Forum is a global organization we also run local events. Action Days is a series of project working meetings specifically designed for people living in the greater Paris area, and is intended to build content for Frameworx release 15.5. If you are an employee of a TM Forum member company, please join the Frameworx 15.5 project team, and register for the event.

- Value proposition canvas for DERA mapping deliverables to consumers
- Detailed definition of each DERA deliverable including table of contents and section abstracts
- Complete list of unresolved issues with specific scheduled action items for their resolution
- Draft for member review of the smallest deliverable
- RAID table for activities and deliverables

- Customer Experience and Analytics for IoT/SmartX will focus on:
- Defining an approach for analytics and CEM in a Smart X/ecosystem environment
- Defining and beginning development of deliverables focused on HOW to improve citizen experience and leverage ecosystem-wide analytics for smart cities
- Initial deliverables to be explored: Citizen Lifecycle Model and Metrics; Smart City Analytics Use Cases; Citizen Experience Maturity Model; data monetization for smart cities
