Action Days: Building an Ecosystem Business Architecture (EBA)

During these Action Days attendees will work together to build the industry’s first Ecosystem Business Architecture (EBA). This will include understanding why we need an EBA and how it fits with TM Forum’s ongoing work. Workshop activities will include mapping the challenges and requirements and building a framework architecture for the EBA.

These two action days are open to all. Request an invitiation by contacting Thandi Demanet, before the 9th of May, indicating the contribution you think you could add to the work being carried out. Please note spaces are limited.

Agenda:

Introducing the Ecosystem Business Architecture(EBA):

• Why do we need an EBA?
• How does this fit with TM Forum’s on-going work?
• The relation between the EBA and ODA (Open Digital Architecture)

Priority workshop activities:

• Mapping business challenges and requirements
• Review and filling in of table
• Building a framework architecture for the EBA

This will be a skeleton structure and we will continue to build more detailed views adapted to different verticals/business scenarios.

Secondary workshop activities:

• Considering existing TM Forum work and assets, exploring and anticipating any gaps that TM Forum may collaborate with other SDOs on or which may require further reach into “verticals”.
