Digital Leadership Summit: Delivering digital innovation: How to monetize and scale digital services reliably with converged charging systems

Wednesday, November 10, 2021 11:30am to 1:00pm

Virtual

Legacy charging systems will struggle with meeting the demands of mobile digital services in terms of performance, scalability and new business models. The concept of converged charging has evolved today to applying the advantages of superior customer service, real-time experiences and spend control that prepaid customers have traditionally had, to postpaid customers as well. The ability to integrate new charging models into an IT-based cloud native architecture will provide CSPs with the flexibility, and scope to support the monetization and scalability of 5G and digital services.

In this session, we will explore how converged charging systems, billing and revenue management can be part of the 5G strategy and rollout, and help define the monetizable opportunities that let CSPs continue to add value to their clients, partners, associates and shareholders.
