Hizam is responsible for the fundamental technology architectural shifts in realising TM's transformation towards becoming a Digital Powerhouse by 2030. He champions key strategic programs such as ODA adoption for IT platform modularisation, modern cybersecurity solutions, intelligent automation with AI, advocating Agile as the only way to work.

Hizam holds a degree in Accountancy and throughout his 20-year career have gained invaluable experience in business and technology management, transformations, process simplification, business development and customer management across wide range of industries. He had also spent 3 years as an entrepreneur within the BPO market before joining Telekom Malaysia in 2014.
