As Chief Technology Officer, Indra Mardiatna (Indram) was appointed as the Director of Network at Telkomsel on 8 December 2023. Previously, he held the position of Director of Business at Telkominfra (2023). Indram has also occupied several strategic roles at Telkomsel, serving as the Vice President of Network & Service Quality Management (2022-2023), Vice President of Technology Strategy (2017-2022), General Manager of ICT Operation in East Java (2015-2017), and General Manager of Core Network Operation (2014).

Indram pursued his education in Electrical Engineering at Bandung Institute of Technology and earned a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Prasetiya Mulya University in Jakarta.
In recognition of his contributions to the advancement of the telecommunications sector in Indonesia, Indram received the Satyalancana Wirakarya Medal of Honor from the President of the Republic of Indonesia in 2020. This prestigious award acknowledged his success in developing 5G technology in Indonesia, marked by the testing and showcasing of the first 5G technology in the country at the Asian Games 2018.
