DAY 1 – AI ACTION DAY:

A Value-packed Action Day for the Telecom industry in Asia – Hosted by Axiata & TM Forum

This event is being co-hosted by TM Forum and Axiata – a Malaysian telecommunications conglomerate serving about 320 million subscribers in 10 countries across Asia. Axiata is also Malaysia’s largest wireless carrier.

Aaron Boasman-Patel, Vice President AI, Data Analytics & Customer Experience, at TM Forum will discuss various dimensions of the AI Collaboration Program and the progress made so far. He will also discuss the AI Readiness Check – a new resource exclusively available for TM Forum members, to assess CSPs’ readiness to harness the potential of AI. In fact, delegates will be able to take the assessment at the workshop.

This is a great opportunity for CSPs and suppliers in the region to discuss the challenges and potential solutions for adopting AI. We thank Axiata for hosting this critical workshop for all stakeholders in the Asian telecom industry.

This will be an interactive roundtable exercise whereby delegates will be split into groups and will design AI use cases for deployment. Delegates will have thirty minutes to design their use cases before pitching them back to the group.
