TM Forum’s Open API program is a global initiative to enable seamless connectivity, interoperability, and portability across complex ecosystem services. It addresses the challenge of finding the right mechanism for communications service providers (CSPs) and vendors to work together faster and more flexibly.
This course aims to provide a high-level overview of the principles and terminology used in the Open API project. It covers what Open APIs are, where they exist, how they are built, and the benefits members can gain by certifying the conformance of their APIs. By understanding these concepts, participants will understand how to leverage Open APIs to enhance their business operations.
The course also introduces TM Forum’s Open Digital Architecture (ODA) and explains how the Open APIs relate to it. This knowledge is essential for deploying Open APIs effectively within your organization.
