DNext Unified Order Management
DNext Unified Order Management ( DOM ); managing the composition of product, service, and resource orders, in which order management refers to the process of efficiently handling and coordinating all aspects of the order lifecycle. It involves managing the flow of orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring accurate processing, tracking, and delivery of products, services, and resources to customers. DNext Order Management ( DOM ) coordinates the fulfilment process which may consists of Product order, Service Order and Resource Order. For product orders, DNext Product Order Management Service (DPOMS) manages commercial level order fulfilment process which can be decomposed into Service and resource order. In the case of service orders, DNext Service Order Management Service (DSOMS) schedules and assigns resources or personnel to fulfil the service requirements. For resource orders, DNext Resource Order Management Service (DROMS) tracks availability, allocates resources, and manages their deployment to the desired locations or projects.
