Proposed Board of Trustees 2023
The Board of Trustees has overall responsibility for TM Forum on behalf of our Members. Its key responsibilities are to determine how the Forum will serve the industry, to set strategy, direction and priorities, and to guide strategic initiatives. As a not-for-profit organization, the Board aims to have a representative balance of member industry sectors and geographies though highly experienced senior executives. This balance includes various types of service providers, software companies, equipment suppliers and systems integrators.
Board of Trustee are appointed by Trustees at the Annual Meeting of Members (AMOM) based on a slate of nominees proposed by the Appointments & Governance Committee.
