The AIOps Service Management Framework is applicable to any type of architecture due to its agnostic design and can operate as an independent process framework and will help service providers manage the deployment of AI into their current and target state architectures.
The AIOps Service Management Framework is, however, part of TM Forum’s Open Digital Framework (ODF), which includes the target Open Digital Architecture (ODA).
The ODA is an open, modern, software-based technology architecture that enables new operating and business models fit for the 5G era. It is loosely coupled, cloud-native, data and AI-driven; made up of standard components which can be easily procured and deployed, without the need for customization.
