As Telcos evolve into customer-centric, technology-driven TechCos, transformation must extend beyond digital tools. True progress requires addressing persistent barriers such as outdated mindsets, cultural resistance, and widening skill gaps to build the skills and culture needed for a future-ready workforce.
That’s where the TechCo People & Culture (TPAC) Project comes in.
TPAC bridges the critical gap between technology and people, embedding human-centric design across the Open Digital Architecture (ODA) through the foundational pillars of People, Organization, and Culture (POC). Co-created with TM Forum members and aligned with the industry’s core missions- Composable IT, AI & Data, and Autonomous Networks– TPAC ensures that people and culture are at the heart of every transformation journey.
Our focus areas
Without clear, actionable frameworks, transformation efforts often lose momentum. To meet industry needs and prepare organizations for emerging challenges, TPAC focuses on key areas tied to our Core Framework IG1352: ODA TechCo Enablement:
- Fostering a culture of agility and adaptability
- Leveraging knowledge networks
- Cultivating future skills and encouraging diverse talent
- Redefining and maximizing value creation for competitiveness
- Optimizing collaboration across diverse stakeholders
- Aligning organizations for dynamic and adaptive execution
By advancing these focus areas, TPAC helps TM Forum members achieve their technology and business transformation goals- enabling members to benchmark, strategize, and activate the people-side of TechCo transformation.
As the anchor for People, Organization, and Culture across TM Forum initiatives, TPAC empowers members to turn vision into action and people into catalysts for meaningful progress.
This is transformation- with a human touch.
