Principal Contact
The principal contact (PC) is the main liaison regarding TM Forum membership and benefits. The PC and the designated TM Forum engagement manager work together to assure that the member company is making the best use of their benefits. The PC for corporate members represents their company by voting in the annual meeting of members. The PC receives auto-renewal reminder letters 120, 90, and 60 days prior to next membership term start date, and is required to confirm intent to renew within that time frame. The PC may unsubscribe from marketing emails, but may not unsubscribe from all TM Forum communications. The PC appoints individuals to serve as key contacts for communications between TM Forum and the member company.
