This course is designed to help you understand how the industry makes use of the Autonomous Network Levels (ANL), a concept jointly proposed by TM Forum and industry partners to facilitate the journey to becoming Autonomous. You will be able to recognize the significance of ANL in driving network efficiency, reliability, and automation, the benefits achieved, and the future goals of the companies. In this course, we will explore leading CSPs that have been iteratively evaluating ANL driven by business value and operations effectiveness. Their ANL journey and outcomes will be presented, looking into their approach in proactive service management, enhanced energy efficiency and resource optimization.

The course provides a high-level overview of best practices regarding the design, implementation and promotion of ANL including the methods, implementation experience and phase-by phase achievements with the goal of reaching Level 4 between 2025 to 2027. Multiple high-value commercial use cases are presented to serve as a reference for business professionals worldwide, helping their companies to facilitate the Autonomous journey.
