In this course, you will learn about the importance of the TM Forum’s Information Framework, which is used to describe the relationships between the business objects in an enterprise information system. You will also get an overview of how this framework helps to identify and categorize objects and describe their state and lifecycle.
The course also explains the origin of the Information Framework and gives a simple definition of its scope and structure. This includes the common domain-based structure that’s used not only in the framework itself, but also across the Open Digital Architecture (ODA).
You will explore the purpose of the ODA and where the Information Framework fits into it, as well as learn the important relationships with the other parts of the ODA Framework.
