Building on TM Forum’s rich history in leading IT and operational transformation, the Managing and Measuring Autonomy (MAMA) framework serves to define, manage, and communicate the clear business value outcomes and benefits of TM Forum’s autonomous operations initiatives. It also provides measures and metrics to help communications service providers and other industries realize the business investment benefits of AI Closed Loop Automation and Autonomous Networks.
MAMA Awareness course introduces a new architectural framework and the set of best practices to realize value from digital transformation with automation and autonomy. It provides a high-level overview and an awareness of the MAMA Framework, why it is needed, and an overview of the basic principles and building blocks.
