Product Description:

The NSN UCBS (Unified Charging and Billing Solution) is based on two pre-integrated product suites, c@o unified and c@o business. The UCBS solution provides a comprehensive solution for convergent charging, billing, converged customer care and CRM. The solution has been designed for Communication Service Providers. The solution is modular to meet different customer evolution needs.

c@o business product suite contains IT layer applications like CRM, ERP and BI. c@o business also offers a productised SOA MW based integration platform which covers the integration of charging, billing, CRM, Partner Relationship Management, ERP, Business Analytics and provisioning applications.

The SID conformance of c@o business enables operators to deploy new applications and launch new services in a shorter time and with lower costs.

TM Forum has reviewed and approved the self-certification of the Business Services API of the product listed here against Information Framework SID version 7.0 Domains/Aggregate Business Entities. Each ABE was measured using an Information Framework (SID) conformance scale of 1-7, 1 being lowest, 3 being the acceptable minimum.
