Customers today are digital and always connected. They are using different channels to research, buy and get service from their favorite brands. Automotive companies and Service Providers can benefit from the digital transformation of every aspect of the customer experience lifecycle by creating an integrated and personalized connected driver journey that incorporates proactive diagnostics, mobility services, vehicle telematics and predictive intelligence to ensure seamless vehicle usage experience.
Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) is championing the project, which includes Salesforce, Nokia, Cerillion, TechSee as participants. The Catalyst will show how Automotive Brands and the CSPs who serve them can leverage advances in AI to proactively provide frictionless service to their customers, creating a 360-degree view by connecting the network to the business.
This Catalyst will showcase three main use cases:
- Proactive upsell with over-the-air features’ provisioning, automated billing and concierge roadside assistance service for a vehicle breakdown scenario,
- Personalized vehicle handover by pre-configuring the vehicle and associated accounts, explaining car features with virtual reality,
- Personalized customer experience for many aspects of purchase and ownership of electric vehicles.
