Real-Time Campaign with Big Data Monetization & Open API
This Catalyst will showcase an integrated digital platform which will dynamically configure digital products, services and machines from any industry vertical, essentially forming a cross-industry scalable marketplace for CSPs to rapidly monetize new 5G related products and services. Measures such as profitability, customer experience and empathy will be tracked, scored and optimized across each digital touch-point in real-time, thus ensuring 5G services are monetized in the most efficient manner across the complete lifecycle from lead to order, to cash, to retire.
Underpinning the marketplace will be a digital BSS layer and next generation catalog to orchestrate 5G network slices, geared to serving the needs of industry-specific verticals like drones, AR/VR, cloud back-up, OTT and IoT. AI and ML will be injected in every layer of the platform down to 5G network cell level configuration data to help optimize in real-time the performance of each journey touch-point by customer, industry, product, IoT device and the 5G network.
