GB1007A Business Architecture Capability Reference Map v4.0.1

This document has been created based on input from multiple different operators and is intended to be a capability map for our industry. This document should be used with the Business Architecture Concepts & Principles document and the impending applied document which will provide further guidance on how to use the map for your given context inside your business. This Business Architecture Business Capability Map contains a library of capabilities in a detailed Excel spreadsheet that contains the L1 Business capabilities, organized by groups Core, Strategic and Support; and their Level 2, 3 and an initial set of Level 4 capabilities and definitions. This library is the fourth version that is more comprehensive and enhanced to contain a more complete set of Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 capabilities. This library of business capabilities will continue to be enhanced and revised through further team discussions and validation as business models and value stream examples are built out.
