The purpose of this questionnaire is to assess the autonomy level of Service Assurance High Value Scenarios. To be used for individual services Service Assurance. In the telecom industry, Service Assurance is about managing user experience, Anomaly, Problem and Performance Management. It involves continuous monitoring, management, and optimization to ensure Services meet defined quality levels, SLAs, and provide an optimal user experience. A Service is what CSPs offer for subscribers consumption. Subscribers can be a person, enterprise or machine. Examples of Services: Individual Services, Home Services and Enterprise Services. The questionnaire assesses “In Life” Service and therefore, all underlying capabilities are assumed already in place. The assessment is process-based and intended to be vendor-independent and where possible technology independent. Dynamically Programable Policies: implies that the system uses policies that can be adjusted or modified in real-time based on changing conditions or requirements.
